About me and my practice

My lifelong experience with all things creative means that I can incorporate a variety of creative elements into our sessions where appropriate, this helps us to work through difficult thoughts and feelings that can not be fully articulated through words alone.

I am a member of the BACP, adhering to an ethical framework that encourages high standards of counselling.

I can support you with a range of issues whether that be one of areas below or something else entirely, we can arrange an initial consultation to see if I am the right counsellor for you.

I am experienced in providing bereavement and loss support. I also have a keen interest in the neuroscience of human relationships, which informs my work. I currently run private practice online, working with a variety of issues ranging from depression, addiction, relationships, loss and life changes.
